Globus provides a secure, unified interface to your research data. Use Globus to 'fire and forget' high-performance data transfers between systems within and across organizations.
The system is reliable and secure – and also amazingly easy to use. Our scientists don't have to worry about whether files can get where they need to go, or wonder about the best way to tune the system. It just works.

An endpoint is a system connected to Globus. Once an endpoint is established, it is accessible to authorized users and can serve as the source or the destination for data transfers.
Globus subscriptions expand the types of endpoints that can be established. Users can securely share data through shared endpoints. System administrators get additional management tools with managed endpoints. Premium connectors allow storage systems with non-POSIX filesystems to serve as endpoints.
